It started few years ago when i was 7 month pregnant and as a present for Christmas got book"Gordon Ramseys Best menus"...
Before i was pregnant i didn't really know how to cook and thought its too complicated, but actually its quite simple if you have the passion in you and desire to explore and try new things.
Thats what happened to me, i love cooking now and try to experiment with new flavors and mix the recipes together, the main thing is to trust your senses and not be afraid to risk.
I try to eat healthy but im never dieting, the food that i cook is probably full of calories( have no idea how to count them) but my way on staying healthy is have fresh meat, fish, salad, vegetables, fruits as they all have plenty of vitamins and are only good for you:)
